Panda Exteriors is looking for an energetic, people-focused Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves connecting great people with great opportunities.


This isn't a behind-the-scenes recruiting role. We're looking for someone who can build relationships, create an exceptional candidate experience, and serve as a true ambassador for the Panda brand. If you're motivated by results, enjoy meeting new people, and love the excitement of filling positions, we'd love to meet you.


What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify top talent.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
  • Represent Panda Exteriors at hiring events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and candidate records within our applicant tracking system.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of recruiting experience required.
  • Recruiting experience in sales, construction, home services, or other high-volume environments preferred.
  • Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High-energy personality with a passion for networking and connecting with people.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Someone who represents the Panda brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and positivity.
