Overview
Order fulfillment and processing assigned accounts. Manage all activities to accept, process, deliver and bill customer orders including communication with other departments, Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, factory personnel, etc.

What You'll Get To Do:
Order fulfillment and processing assigned accounts. Manage all activities to accept, process, deliver and bill customer orders including communication with other departments, Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, factory personnel, etc.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Check customer demand data weekly and process orders based on customer's POs withing 24-48 hours, process credit/debit, tooling orders/RMA/FOC in SAP timely when needed
  • Plan shipping schedule with vendors ( MTY and JP ) based on customer's requests. Reschedule if customer demand has changes. Watch shipping as scheduled, and bill customer timely based on incoterms.
  • Turn in BME data beginning of the month and watch actual sales weekly for BME accuracy. Report risk and upside timely
  • Communicate with related departments to handle issues and support customer's requests

Qualifications

  • College degree, Supply Chain Major preferred

Experience:
  • 3-5 years preferred demand inventory planner exp / supply chain exp
  • SAP experience required
  • Excel experience required
