To thrive as a Pallet Stacker, you need physical stamina, attention to detail, and basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with pallet jacks, forklifts, and inventory management systems is typically required, and OSHA certification may be beneficial. Attention to detail and physical fitness are important qualities for this role.

What are some common safety challenges faced in pallet stacking roles, and how can they be addressed?

Pallet stacking roles often involve repetitive lifting, moving heavy items, and operating equipment such as forklifts, which can present safety challenges like muscle strain, slips, and improper load balancing.
