Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our installation team. This role focuses on directing a small team of installers while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to customer expectations. The Installation Lead will oversee schedules, personnel, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure installation projects meet both customer expectations and design requirements.
  • Enforce and practice proper safety procedures at all times.
  • Collaborate with project managers and customers to address on-site project alterations.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding scheduling and personnel management.
  • Manage tools, equipment, and personnel to maximize efficiency.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve on-site challenges.
  • Accurately document material lists, project details, and modifications.
  • Lead crews by example, providing hands-on instruction and working alongside team members.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Material handling equipment (MHE) and/or construction experience required.
  • High work volume with occasional shift changes and travel as needed required.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Familiarity with warehousing, pallet rack design, and material handling equipment.
  • Ability to properly operate a variety of tools and large equipment.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to review and interpret project drawings and specifications.
  • Strong teamwork, priority management, and task organization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with team members, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Ability to stand and work for extended hours using necessary tools and PPE.
  • Capability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly and perform activities such as climbing and kneeling.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude with a drive to WIN.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS.
