JOB OVERVIEW: The Filling Associate will be responsible for completing daily production tasks to meet production goals and deadlines.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Filling containers with paint in quarts, gallons, five-gallon buckets, and drums.
  • Fold and stencil trays and boxes.
  • Label five-gallon buckets and drums when completed.
  • Box and bail completed gallons of paint.
  • Complete forklift certification training, if required.
  • Rotate stock.
  • Put stock on shelves and racking.
  • Clean and maintain filling equipment for daily use.
  • Daily clean-up duties can include sweeping, taking out trash, etc. to ensure that the workstation is kept in clean and safe condition.
  • Follow all safety rules and guidelines.
  • Follow instructions given by the Lead or Supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Production experience preferred.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn the production process.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel frequently.
  • Must be able to traverse the production facility.
