Industrial Spray Painter

Architectural Window Restoration, Inc. is seeking an Industrial spray painter. This position is full-time, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Architectural Window Restoration is looking for a mature and reliable, detail oriented, organized individual. This individual will be expected to perform at a very high level, ensuring that we continue to meet our high standards for quality and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in detail spray painting in a spray booth environment.
  • In depth knowledge and capability to accurately mix multi-part coatings systems.
  • Ability to produce and deliver consistent high-quality results.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
  • Must be able to meet daily quotas and strict quality standards.
  • Must consistently demonstrate professionalism, be reliable and on time for work, and to possess self-pride in your performance and your contribution to our organization.
  • Must be a detail oriented hard worker, and possess as outstanding work ethic.
  • Must be physically able to lift 75lbs, on a regular basis to meet this position's requirements.
  • Must have the ability to neatly apply sealants and caulks properly.
  • Must be able to accurately record required information on daily paperwork and in daily log book.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
  • Must be honest, trustworthy, dependable, and work well within a team atmosphere.
  • Must be a self starter who is able to understand and follow instructions and get the job done right the first time.
  • Must complete your work assignments within the allocated time and the project schedule.
  • Must work safely and in accordance with OSHA and AWR corporate safety procedures.
  • Must maintain current knowledge of applicable OSHA, EPA, and DENREC regulations.
  • Must maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
  • Must understand and comply with all AWR employee work rules.
  • Must be willing to perform non-paint related duties as assigned.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required verifiable references.
  • Must be able to pass all required respiratory tests and clearances.
  • Must pass background and drug screenings prior to any offer for employment being finalized.
