Job description

Skilled Trade Painters Wanted – Turn Your Craftsmanship into Art!
$500 Hiring Bonus (after successful training)
$1,000 Retention Bonus (after 1 year!)
Fast Career Growth | Immediate Openings!

Do you enjoy working with your hands, creating with precision, and seeing the results of your hard work come to life?
Whether you’ve worked in construction, carpentry, cabinetry, flooring, or other hands-on trades, your skills can translate into an exciting and creative new opportunity with Dollamur — the global leader in sports mats (wrestling, martial arts, UFC, gymnastics, and more!).

Position: Sports Mat Painter – 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Optional OT on Fridays amp; Saturdays – earn more!

Why You’ll Love This Job:
  • We Train You! No art experience needed – if you're good with tools, tape measures, and teamwork, we’ve got the rest.
  • Creative Hands-On Work – Paint custom logos and graphics on large sports mats.
  • Career Growth – Our goal is to train and promote you before your 1-year anniversary.
  • Join a Growing Company – With a new facility and increasing demand, this is a long-term opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Painting logos, lettering, and artwork directly on large-scale mats (wrestling, judo, MMA).
  • Measuring, cutting, and preparing surfaces to exact specifications.
  • Working on your hands and knees to complete detailed paintwork.
  • Teaming up with skilled artists and craftsmen to complete custom mat orders.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Skilled Tradespeople – experience in construction, woodworking, flooring, or other physical trades is a major plus.
  • Detail-focused workers who can follow measurements and instructions precisely.
  • Comfortable with kneeling, lifting, bending, and using tools like tape measures and utility knives.
  • Motivated team players who want to learn, grow, and move up.

Qualifications:
  • Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs (roll, lift, or hand cart).
  • Comfortable working on your feet or knees for extended hours.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic – show up, learn, grow.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Willing to work overtime and some weekends when needed.

Work Environment:
  • Active manufacturing setting – expect movement, dust, and loud sounds.
  • Hands-on work, not behind a desk or on a screen – this is real craftsmanship.
  • Plenty of support from a team that values hard work, attention to detail, and pride in every mat we ship.

Who We Are:
Dollamur is the worldwide leader in high-performance sports surfaces. Our mats are used by elite athletes, major competitions, and everyday champions across the globe. We’re a fast-growing, proudly American manufacturer with a team-first culture and a passion for excellence.
Dollamur understands the importance of culture and benefits in the workplace. We consistently strive to offer a competitive benefits package including full benefits offering along with associate engagement events. If you’re looking for a career with a stable and thriving company that leads the industry in quality, culture, and product then you’ve found that at Dollamur Sports Surfaces.
