Hoyt Archery is currently seeking skilled Production Painter to join our team on 1st shift.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the operation of equipment and processes related to the painting of limbs, handles, and any accessory decorating. This includes HVLP guns, Plural Component Mixing Systems, airbrush and hand tools. All qualified, responsible applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Application of base-coat, clear-coat, and primer to the different substrates that are used
  • Operation of paint scale
  • Paint mixing and prep
  • Troubleshooting and minor repair of paint equipment and systems
  • Rework as necessary
  • Maintain work areas and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of previous painting experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Automotive base and clear-coat experience is helpful
  • Ability to work in a production environment with exposure to varying noise and temperature levels
