Coating Process technician, Brighton
March Coatings Ventures, Brighton, MI. specializes in the application of coatings onto metal substrates for the automotive industry. We own and operate over 72,000 square feet with an experienced staff of 50+ employees.
Experience Required: 1+ Year working in paint spray application
Principle Duties and Accountabilities including, but not limited to:
  • Programming and maintaining paint spray robots.
  • Monitoring and maintaining paint application equipment.
  • Monitoring Quality of product and make adjustments accordingly to ensure product meets established criteria.
  • Run tests and collect data for reports.
Position Requirements
  • Previous experience with utilizing robots for painting is required.
  • Must be able to read and follow documented work instructions in English.
  • Must be able to multitask, while working independently.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50LBS.
Working Conditions.
Industrial Plant setting: Must wear safety shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection at all times.
