We’re looking for a Painter to join our team and take ownership of unit turns and community-wide painting projects.


What You’ll Do
  • Complete make-ready unit painting (walls, trim, doors, touch-ups)
  • Perform drywall repairs, patching, sanding, and textured finishes
  • Handle interior and exterior painting projects, including common areas
  • Maintain curb appeal by painting curbs, fencing, signage, and other surfaces
  • Ensure all units and projects meet move-in ready standards
  • Assist with unit rehabs and light carpentry work as needed
