Paintline Operator � 2nd Shift

We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our 2nd Shift Paintline Team. Whether you have manufacturing experience or are looking to build a career in production, we'd love to talk with you.
Schedule
Third Shift
  • Monday � Friday
  • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Scheduled overtime required
What You'll Do
As a Paintline Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality coated metal products while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include:
  • Operate paint line equipment to apply coatings to metal coils.
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
  • Perform quality checks and document production information.
  • Assist with equipment setup, operation, and changeovers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work closely with teammates to meet production goals.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred (paint line or coil coating experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and attendance.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
