Position Summary:

The Painter Apprentice is an entry-level position designed for individuals who want to start a career in the painting trade. No painting experience is necessary-we'll provide the training. What we're looking for is someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn. If you show up on time, work hard, and align with our core values, there's no limit to how far you can go here.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Support

  • Assist experienced painters with surface prep, masking, caulking, sanding, and      cleanup
  • Follow instructions and ask questions when unsure-this is a learning position
  • Learn proper use of brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other tools of the trade
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe

Teamwork & Attitude

  • Be coachable and open to feedback from crew leads and supervisors
  • Show up on time, ready to work every day
  • Support your team and take pride in even the smallest tasks
  • Maintain a positive, respectful attitude on every jobsite

Safety & Responsibility

  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
  • Use ladders, equipment, and tools safely and responsibly
  • Take ownership of your work and keep learning to improve 

Requirements

  Qualifications:

  • No prior painting experience required-just a strong work ethic and a willingness to      learn
  • Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time to job sites
  • Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and climb ladders throughout the workday
  • Positive attitude and a genuine interest in building a career in the trades
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
