Ron Carter, a certified Ford and Ram dealership, is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Spray-in Bedliner apprentice/Prep Technician to join our accessories team. In this entry-level role, you'll assist with the preparation and application of high-quality spray-in bedliners for new and pre-owned Ford and Ram trucks.

This is a hands-on opportunity with long-term potential — perfect for someone interested in the automotive trade who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow within a professional dealership setting.

Requirements: Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean, sand, and mask truck beds to prepare for spray-in liner application
     
  • Assist experienced technicians during spray application
     
  • Ensure proper material handling and protection of vehicle surfaces
     
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety protocols
     
  • Learn dealership standards for spray-in bedliners, including thickness, texture, and quality expectations
     
  • Support vehicle accessory installations as needed (e.g., tonneau covers, steps, etc.)
