Working in an interventional pain management setting, you will have access to advanced technology and a variety of procedures, including injections, nerve blocks, and spinal cord stimulation.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviewing techniques to understand their unique pain experiences.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs and conditions of each patient.
• Perform a range of interventional pain management procedures, such as administering injections and managing spinal cord stimulators and pain pumps.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documenting all assessments, treatment plans, and procedures performed.
• Educate patients about pain management options and self-care strategies to empower them in their healthcare journey.

• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current certification and active licensure as a Certified Physician Assistant.
• Fellowship training in pain management is preferred, with both Board Certified and Board Eligible candidates considered.
• Possession of full prescriptive authority upon employment, along with a current DEA license or eligibility for it in the state of California.
• Strong motivation to provide compassionate care while working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Proven experience in pain management or related practice areas.
• Demonstrated proficiency in performing pain management procedures.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems and patient documentation processes.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
