From Pain to Wellness, LLC is a physician-led, multi-disciplinary medical practice dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients with chronic pain.
Our non-interventional model focuses on long-term, structured care that integrates medication management, physical therapy, and behavioral health services that address the full experience of pain. Many of our patients have not found success in other settings and require a thoughtful, consistent, and team-based approach to care. 

Role Summary
We are seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to join our team at From Pain to Wellness, LLC. In this role, you will be instrumental in diagnosing and treating patients suffering from chronic pain conditions. Your work will contribute directly to improving patient wellness and functional restoration.
This is a non-interventional, medication-based role, not a procedural or interventional pain management position.

Physicians from backgrounds including Internal Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Palliative Care, SNF or post-acute care, and PM&R are encouraged to apply, provided they are comfortable managing chronic pain through medication management.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with chronic pain conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate various pain management techniques.
  • Administer medications and therapies as needed to alleviate pain and improve function.
  • Implement patient management policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
  • Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Educate patients on pain management strategies and lifestyle modifications.
Qualifications
  • Medical degree (MD or DO)
  • Board certified or board eligible in a relevant specialty such as Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, PM&R, Palliative Care, or similar
  • Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Illinois
  • Strong knowledge of pain management techniques and therapies, with comfort prescribing pain management medications
  • Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
Preferred:
  • Experience in chronic pain management
  • Some knowledge of Functional Medicine
  • Strong interest in integrating Functional Medicine
Compensation:
Compensation starting at $250,000/year, and adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
