North America Central is hiring School Bus Drivers in the Tolono, IL area.

No experience? No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training, ongoing support, and a clear path to a stable, rewarding role.


Pay & Benefits
  • Starting pay: $25.00 per hour (higher for experienced drivers*)
  • Paid CDL training – no experience required*
  • Flexible schedule – no nights or weekends

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely transport students and passengers to and from school
  • Operate the bus in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for all passengers
  • Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus as needed
  • Attend required safety meetings and training sessions

Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pass DOT drug test, background check, and physical exam
