Description:

Come Restore Peace in Crisis with our dynamic and hard working team! This position is responsible for Mitigating water, Mold Remediation, and Fire/Structure cleaning commercial and residential properties.


This position assists and handles water extraction, containment setup and breakdown, demolition, cleaning, moving in/out of contents on all mold, water, fire and smoke damage claims.


Compensation: This job average 5 to 10 hours of overtime per week. There are also bonuses, commissions and incentives!

Essential Functions:

  • Must have a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record
  • Respond to emergency calls and available for on-call work
  • Perform demolition work after water/flood, fire, mold or storm damage
  • Restore homes according to IICRC standards with the Lead Techs guidance
  • Follows established safety guidelines and protocols
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
