Required Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge: Education: A bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field. Skills and Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on paid search/SEM experience (current title should be Supervisor level or greater). Working knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Experience managing multiple paid search accounts and thought leadership on the effects of A.I. on Search Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Experience with organic search/SEO principles, third-party bidding tools (e.g., Search Ads 360), Google Looker Studio, and competitive insight tools (e.g., SEMRush) Proficiency in Google Shopping and Performance Max (PMAX) Local market planning/buying exposure a plus. Experience managing multiple clients Experience in personnel administration, staffing, recruitment, and training. Strong experience delivering programs from hypothetical to flawless real world execution is a requirement.
