To succeed in an entry-level position with paid relocation, candidates typically need a willingness to learn, adaptability, and a high school diploma or college degree, depending on the field. Familiarity with basic office software, communication platforms, and any industry-specific training or certifications can be advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to work well in new environments make you an outstanding candidate. About the Role

We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our residential sales team in Edmonton.

This is a face-to-face, door-to-door role where you will speak directly with homeowners and book qualified appointments for our water treatment specialists.

You are not responsible for closing sales — your role is to generate high-quality opportunities.

We provide structured onboarding, field training, proven scripts, and daily coaching so you always know what to say and how to improve.

Your Role (Appointment Setter)

Everyone starts as an Appointment Setter.

Your responsibilities:

  • Knock on doors in residential neighbourhoods

  • Identify interest in improving water quality
  • Book qualified in-home water tests/consultations
  • Track your activity and appointments

This is a simple but performance-driven role.

Compensation is commission-based. A percentage of each contract sold is paid out.

Typical Weekly Earnings (based on performance):

  • Average performer: $1,000–$1,800
  • High performer: $1,800–$2,500+

We promote based on performance — not tenure.

Clear path: Appointment Setter → Closer → Team Lead

Top performers can move into closing roles with significantly higher commissions.

Why This Role Works

  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and coachable mindset

  • Attend daily team meetings for training and updates
  • Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned areas
  • Speak directly with homeowners
  • Qualify potential customers
