Job description

Job Purpose

The Program Management Intern will play an active role in supporting the Light Vehicle Driveline team within the GM/Stellantis Customer group. In this dynamic position, you will gain hands-on exposure across the full vehicle lifecycle, working closely with teams that bring innovative automotive solutions to market. You’ll build real-world experience in customer engagement, cross‑functional collaboration, and key commercial processes that drive success in the automotive industry.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • The main responsibility of this position will be to assist in the completion of program management projects
  • Support cross-functional communication for project-timing charts and schedules
  • Participate in extended support of operations, quality, or engineering
  • Ensure adequate resources are assigned; elevate deficiencies
  • Act as Dana stakeholder contact for customer program inquiries
  • Identify program risks and develop contingency plans
  • Work with project activities, publish minutes/tasks, follow up on open issues
Education and Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Enrolled in degreed program in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Sales, Engineering or Business Program
  • Previous co-op within automotive industry or Dana is a plus
  • Passion for program management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
