Remote sales opportunity for SE Regional Sales Manager (can live anywhere in the SE Region), is responsible for driving profitable sales growth across an assigned territory through effective leadership of sales personnel, strategic management of distributor relationships, and direct engagement with key end users. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop regional sales team to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing sales talent aligned with company culture and goals.
