Job description

Pay Range: $24.00 to $35.00/hour.

By adhering to Connecticut State Law, pay ranges are posted. The pay rate will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge of position and comparison to others who are already in this role within the company.

Summary

Under general supervision of the Quality Manager and in collaboration with the leadership of PACT MSO and PACT, LLC, this position is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the organization's quality and patient safety program, including infection control.

Essential Functions

• Communicate to staff on quality and patient safety policies and guidelines
• Participate on committees and attend appropriate meetings
• Ensure patient safety and quality protocols and processes are being followed by medical practices
• Visiting medical offices to provide guidance, education and coaching on patient safety and quality protocols
• Coordinate and complete assessments, inspections, and trainings to sites and divisions
• Educate employees and all staff regarding OSHA regulations, standards, and company safety
• Complete OSHA annual reports, if required.
• Monitor metrics to ensure safety and quality measures are being met

• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Strong knowledge of safety guidelines and protocols, specific to a physicians group
• Demonstrated professionalism and leadership
• Strong analytic skills
• Strong computer skills including data extraction, data analysis, and utilization of excel

Education and Experience

• Associates Degree, Bachelor's degree preferred
