Job description

Join a Team That Assembles Excellence

Every shipment that reaches our customers represents careful planning, precise assembly, and rigorous inspection. As a Component Integration Technician, your craftsmanship ensures every part fits, aligns, and fastens exactly as intended.

How You Make an Impact

Your work starts with clarity: you study packing lists, assembly drawings, parts lists, and work instructions to map out each build. You assemble products to defined specifications, checking fit and alignment as you go. With each completed subassembly, you perform visual inspections to verify accuracy and quality. If a process, piece of equipment, material, or result needs attention, you escalate it to the Team Leader. You share your knowledge by assisting in training coworkers, uphold a safe and organized workstation, and follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. You also step in on additional assignments at the direction of the Team Leader, Production Supervisor, or Manager.

Skills and Experience
  • Assembly or manufacturing background preferred.
  • Proficient in reading assembly drawings, work instructions, and packing lists.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering focus on quality.
  • Strong communicator who collaborates well across the production team.
  • Ability to work independently and keep pace in a fast-moving environment.
Physical Expectations
  • Solid manual dexterity and good vision for precise assembly and inspection tasks.
  • Capability to lift and transport items up to 60 pounds.
  • Comfort standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions of the hands and arms.
