Job Description Packing Specialist St. Charles, MO | 1st Shift | Full-Time Looking for a hands-on role where attention to detail matters. We're seeking a dependable Packing Specialist to join a growing manufacturing and distribution team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and understands the importance of preparing products for safe and accurate shipment. What You'll Do Build skids, crates, and boxes for customer orders and shipments Pack materials according to specific shipping requirements, including truck, flatbed, ocean export, and air freight shipments Operate packing equipment and tools such as saws, nail guns, staple guns, banding equipment, and stenciling equipment Perform quality inspections to ensure materials and orders meet customer and company standards Read and interpret shop orders, shipping instructions, and packing requirements Properly identify, label, and stencil materials and shipments Maintain accurate documentation and complete required production records Operate a forklift after completing company training and certification Perform basic preventative maintenance on packing equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment What We're Looking For Previous experience in packing, shipping, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred Ability to read and understand work orders and shipping documentation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfortable using hand tools, measuring devices, and packing equipment Forklift experience is a plus but not required Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Employee Referral Program Opportunities for Advancement and Career Growth Why Consider This Opportunity.
