Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Restoration Contents Mover/Packer who is reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated by hard work. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in physical work, enjoys working in a team environment, and thrives on delivering outstanding customer service in challenging circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carefully pack, move, and inventory contents from residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, mold, or other disasters.
  • Ensure items are protected and handled with respect, especially those of sentimental or high value to our customers.
  • Assist in cleaning and restoring furniture/contents and job sites according to company standards and safety protocols.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, demonstrating empathy and patience during emotionally stressful times.
  • Maintain clean, organized vehicles and storage areas.
  • Support crew leads and project managers with on-site tasks and documentation.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Physically fit — ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
  • Previous moving, cleaning, or restoration experience a plus but not required.
  • Must be available for occasional after-hours or weekend work during emergency calls.
