Job Opportunity: Hand Laborer (Handwork / Assembly)
Are you a reliable team player with a sharp eye for detail? We are looking for energetic individuals to join our production team in Rockwell! If you enjoy hands-on work and are looking for a role where you can grow and contribute to a high-quality product, we want to hear from you.
Position Details
  • Pay: $15.00 per hour
  • Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Location: Rockwell
  • Overtime: Must be prepared to work overtime as needed.
The Role
As a Hand Laborer, your daily tasks will be dynamic and vary based on customer needs. You will be an essential part of the production process, ensuring our products meet high-quality standards efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manual Assembly: Perform various handwork tasks such as assembling materials, gluing, stapling, and packing out different products.
  • Tool Operation: Safely operate small hand tools to achieve production goals.
  • Data Entry: Utilize computer skills to enter job information into our Encore system based on training received.
  • Production Standards: Maintain a fast pace to meet or exceed production goals, targeting $\ge 99\%$ of the goal.
  • Quality & Safety: Adhere strictly to all safety rules and quality procedures to deliver a superior product to the customer.
  • Maintenance: Keep your work area clean and organized.
Requirements
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand on your feet all day, bend, and squat.
  • Manual Dexterity: Use of hands for assembly tasks throughout the shift.
  • Strength: Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Reliability: A track record of excellent attendance with no unscheduled absences or tardiness.
