The Hand-Packing Operator plays a critical role in ensuring that products are carefully and accurately packed by hand to meet quality standards and customer specifications. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to maintain product integrity and prevent damage during packaging. The operator will work closely with production teams to meet daily packing quotas while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols. This role contributes directly to the efficiency of the supply chain by preparing products for shipment in a timely manner. Minimum Qualifications:
