Warehouse Picker
 South Portland
 Full Time
 Shift: 7:30am to 4pm
 Compensation: $19 per hr

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive the right products, on time and in excellent condition. Candidates should be comfortable in a physically active environment and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Unpack incoming shipments and restock inventory
  • Operate warehouse systems and scanners using basic computer skills
  • Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors
  • Multitask and adapt to changing priorities throughout the day
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Work independently as well as within a team setting
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods (up to 8 hours/day)
  • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and handle moderate physical labor
  • Able to work in various temperatures, including warmer or cooler warehouse environments
  • Use of hands and arms for handling, picking, packing, and operating equipment
