We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packing Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging products in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Your energetic approach and mechanical aptitude will ensure smooth operations, high-quality output, and adherence to all safety protocols.


Duties


  • Operate packaging machinery and hand tools to assemble, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
  • Follow detailed instructions to ensure products meet quality standards, including FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
  • Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials within the facility.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and documentation of packaged goods.
  • Support assembly processes as needed, ensuring all items are correctly prepared for packaging.


Experience


  • Prior warehouse experience or manufacturing background preferred.
  • Familiarity with packaging processes and assembly operations is advantageous.
  • Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus.
  • Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and FDA regulations.
