THE JOB // As a member of the team you provide our customers an exceptional, consistent experience by implementing Barracuda's standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness. Every member of our team works to create an environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity. Must be available to work evenings, including closing.

• Counter*
  • You're the first person Barracuda guests meet: you'll take orders, explain the menu, and control the pace of service. Confidence and strong menu knowledge sets you up to succeed here. Strong people skills - and sincerely enjoying talking to people - is crucial for this role. 
• Bar*
  • Counter and Bar work hand-in-hand. Our fresh margaritas (on tap!), delicious fruit beverages, and/or an ice cold Mexican Coke are essential to rounding out the ultimate taco experience. Accuracy and consistency are a must!
• Support
  • Support does it all! Depending how busy we are, you may be running food and packing to-go orders, running the dips station (chips + queso, guacamole, and salsa), and maintaining the yard (tidying tables, stocking napkins and bathrooms, etc.).

*Note: all Counter and Bar employees must be 18 years of age or older, due to state laws regarding alcohol sales.

REQUIREMENTS //

• Personable and enjoys working with customers and a diverse team
• Personal interest and enthusiasm for food and proactive hospitality
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift)
• Ability to lift heavy objects (25+ pounds) and work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
