Job description

The Shipping / Receiving / Warehouse Associate supports Titan Circuits' PCB assembly manufacturing operations by ensuring incoming materials, components, finished goods, documentation, inventory movement, and customer shipments are received, verified, recorded, stored, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time. This role supports receiving, stockroom control, inventory accuracy, kit readiness, traceability, shipping execution, and material flow while following company procedures, ESD/FOD controls, and quality-system expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials, components, hardware, PCBs, and supplies for damage, defects, shortages, and discrepancies against purchase orders, packing slips, and labeling requirements.
Process receipts accurately in CETEC or related ERP systems and maintain accurate inventory, receiving, supplier documentation, and traceability records.
Scan and electronically file receiving documentation the same day as receipt, including packing slips, certificates of compliance, delivery receipts, and other required records.
Report discrepancies, shortages, damaged goods, missing certifications, inventory issues, or other receiving/shipping concerns to Purchasing or Management before the end of the business day.
Put away received inventory into correct stockroom locations, identify recipients of non-inventory items, support internal material distribution, assist with kitting/dekitting, and maintain accurate stockroom organization.
Prepare customer shipments, including packaging, labeling, shipment documentation, carrier coordination, and handoff activities in accordance with customer, quality, ESD, and handling requirements.
Support warehouse control activities including cycle counts, inventory audits, physical inventory, material movement, stockroom organization, finished-goods staging, and timely movement of material between Receiving, Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Shipping.
Maintain Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse areas in a clean, organized, and audit-ready condition while following all applicable safety, ESD, FOD, security, attendance, and company policy requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in receiving, stockroom, shipping, warehouse, inventory control, or material-handling activities in a manufacturing environment required.
Experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, aerospace/defense, or other high-reliability manufacturing environment preferred.
Basic computer skills and experience using ERP systems such as CETEC preferred.
Ability to safely operate a forklift preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, component-identification ability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operation.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, move throughout the warehouse and manufacturing floor as needed, and occasionally lift and/or move items up to 35 pounds while supporting shipping, receiving, warehouse, and material-handling activities safely.
