Starting Pay: $8.49/hr.



About the Role

As a Production Worker at Pathfinder, you'll play an important role in Commercial Operations by helping create quality products through kitting, sub-assembly, packaging, and other production activities. Your work supports the success and growth of Outsource Manufacturing while contributing to Pathfinder's mission.



As a Production Worker at Pathfinder, You Will:

Production & Assembly

  • Accurately complete assigned production tasks. 
  • Perform kitting, sub-assembly, and other production functions. 
  • Operate production equipment and machinery, including equipment such as rivet machines, skin packers, and die cutters. 
  • Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality. 
  • Work toward established production deadlines and quotas. 

Packaging & Shipping

  • Prepare finished products for shipment. 
  • Box and package completed products according to production requirements. 
  • Ensure finished goods are prepared accurately and efficiently for customers. 

Safety & Quality

  • Follow established safety practices and procedures. 
  • Maintain accuracy and quality while completing production assignments. 
  • Use good judgment when performing assigned duties. 
  • Adapt to changing production needs, activities, locations, and customer requirements. 

Teamwork & Communication

  • Work cooperatively with coworkers to achieve department and organizational goals. 
  • Participate in staff meetings, in-services, and assigned committees as appropriate.
