Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, loading, unloading, and inventory control. This position requires a dependable, safety-conscious individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring orders are prepared for timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, inspect, and properly store incoming products and materials.
  • Pick, pull, pack, and stage customer and delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled safely to prevent damage.
  • Organize warehouse inventory and maintain clean, orderly storage areas.
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
  • Verify quantities, product numbers, and shipping documentation against orders.
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Assist with stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and maintaining proper product locations.
  • Prepare products for shipment and ensure orders are properly labeled and secured.
  • Follow FIFO and other inventory-rotation procedures when applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of received, stored, picked, and shipped materials.
