Fresh Baguette is a fast-growing, artisanal bakery known for its high-quality standards and modern atmosphere. The company was founded in Bethesda, MD in 2013, to bring fresh, made-from-scratch organic breads, pastries, sweets, and croissant items inspired by bakeries in France to the DMV area. We have expanded to eight retail locations, two production bakeries, and a thriving wholesale business. We serve coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and grocery stores with fresh products every day, 365 days a year.

We are growing and constantly looking for passionate people to join our team. We are seeking a dynamic team member to fill our position for Full-Time Packing Clerks at our Germantown production center, 19548 Amaranth Dr Germantown, MD 20874.

You will prepare orders so that our wholesale customers receive their orders on time and in good condition. We pack, bag, and label thousands of products each day for delivery to various grocery stores and coffee shops throughout the DMV.

Shifts

  • 6AM-3PM
  • 6-8 Hour shift
  • 5 Days a week including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Packaging bread and Viennese
  • Follow packaging process, rules and food safety standards
  • To shape cardboard boxes every day
  • Put in crates of frozen products, which implies a presence in the freezers a few minutes.
  • Complete logs and reports
  • Follow directions
  • Perform tedious repetitive tasks such as bagging, slicing, making boxes
