Job Summary:

The Full-time Only - Warehouse Associate – Picking and Packing is responsible for supporting inventory and order operations in the San Rafael warehouse. This includes receiving inbound inventory, picking and packing orders, auditing shipments for accuracy, and organizing materials in the warehouse. This position utilizes NetSuite to track inventory movement and support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet delivery schedules.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, receipts, and deliveries.
  • Audit orders for accuracy before shipment. Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory.
  • Maintain organized inventory and follow safety protocols in the warehouse.
  • Implement quality checks to reduce inventory errors and shrinkage.
  • Assist in resolving product or delivery issues as needed.
  • Education:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:
  • 12 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory fulfillment (receiving, packing, shipping).
  • Retail stock experience is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
