Job description

We are looking to hire machinists and machine operators to program, set up, and run CNC machines. This also includes measuring, deburring, and packing parts as they come off the machine. As a job shop serving many different industries, you will constantly be working on new parts for a variety of customers. MPM currently has 24 employees and pride ourselves on a relaxed, employee oriented environment offering great benefits. Benefits include health, dental, vision and life insurance as well as a 401k with employer matching contributions. Plenty of opportunity for overtime.

Prior machining or manufacturing experience and training is great but not necessary. A willingness to learn the industry and these machines is just as valuable as prior training since machinist skills are best learned on the job.
