Description

Job Title: Packing Trainer

Job Summary: The Packing Trainer is responsible for onboarding and training new and existing packing employees to ensure they understand company packing procedures, quality standards, safety regulations, and productivity goals. This role monitors employee performance, provides coaching, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to maintain efficient warehouse or production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train new hires on packing processes, equipment, and company policies.
  • Demonstrate proper packing techniques to ensure product quality and damage prevention.
  • Conduct refresher training for current employees as needed.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company procedures.
  • Evaluate trainee progress and maintain training records.
  • Assist supervisors in identifying skill gaps and developing training plans.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce errors.
  • Ensure proper use of packing materials and equipment.
  • Work closely with warehouse or production supervisors to maintain operational standards.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or packing experience preferred.
