Join a fast-paced manufacturing team where your attention to detail and commitment to safety make a real impact. As an Assembler/Packer, you’ll be working hands-on to prepare high-quality aluminum products for shipment, ensuring every piece meets customer standards.

Position –Packer

Job Location –Withee, WI

Starting Date –Immediate

Employment Term –Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type –Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) –2nd Shift (3:00pm-1:00am, Mon-Thurs)

Starting Pay –18.70 per hour

This hands-on role involves inspecting, assembling, and packing aluminum parts according to precise specifications. Team members ensure product quality, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a clean, efficient workspace. Ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

- Perform start-of-shift equipment and safety checks

- Read work orders and follow verbal/written instructions

- Visually inspect all parts for cosmetic and functional defects

- Wrap, assemble, or pack parts according to client specifications

- Use measuring tools (e.g., tape measure, calipers, square) for verification

- Record production data and complete end-of-shift logs

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED

- Prior manufacturing experience preferred

- Basic computer knowledge

- Must be safety-conscious and aware of surroundings (especially when working near machinery or forklifts)

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 lbs with team-assist

Physical & Work Environment

It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business. So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975. The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997.
