Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Floral distributor to join our passionate team!  Working with the packing team, ensure plants are prepared and shipped with care and efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising packing operations, maintaining quality standards, managing inventory, and coordinating with shipping teams. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for plants. Join us in delivering top-quality plants to our customers!

Responsibilities

Ensuring orders are packed on time

Working with a small team of 3-4 people packing orders and order fulfillment

Coordinating with Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Manager on upcoming order fulfillment

Sorting of boxes and pallets

Printing labels for boxed orders

Planning and communicating with the Shipping Supervisor on upcoming shipments

Supporting all other departments

Ensure staff abide by Occupational Health and Safety Regulations

General housekeeping duties, ensure a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications/Experience    

Excellent team player

No experience necessary, we will train in house

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to lift up to 30lbs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must have own transportation (location is not transit accessible)

Legally permitted to work in Canada
