Position: Logistics Supervisor – Shipping Department
Location: Miami Fl (Doral)
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Schedule: Start time at 5:00 a.m.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to lead the Shipping Department in a company dedicated to flower logistics. This role is essential to ensure that packaging and shipping processes are carried out efficiently and meet quality and timing standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily shipping operations.

Coordinate and oversee the team responsible for packing and shipping.

Ensure orders are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time.

Maintain quality control and proper handling of flower products.

Address operational issues and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Report progress and relevant updates to management.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader (preferably in logistics or warehouse environments).

Proven experience in staff management.
