Pay Rate: Day Shift $18.00 per hour

Shifts: Monday through Thursday, 5am until finished


A2Z Workforce Solutions is actively seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) lumpers for a large, busy tire warehouse in Phoenix. This is a physical role with mandatory overtime opportunities. Punctuality and reliability are must-haves for this position.

In this role, you will:

  • Load and unload tires manually
  • Unload 1,000 tires manually daily, within a certain time frame
  • Order picking / order selecting
  • Attendance and punctuality are VITAL
  • Contribute to safety culture, obey all safety policies and operating procedures
  • Ability to repetitively lift- up to 80 pounds
  • Work on feet for extended periods of time
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A
  • Must pass a background check (not felon friendly)
  • Must pass a 10 panel drug screen
  • Must be able to lift, pivot, turn & move up to 80-pound tires throughout your shift
  • Must be able to report to your shift on time and work the entire shift
  • Must have steel toed boots or steel toed shoes
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts (overtime is mandatory when necessary)
  • Must be bilingual
  • Must be able to be at work each day you are schedule and be on time
