We are hiring for a Packer in our Minford, OH, location. As a Packer, you would pack product in double liner bags in cases with specific counts, labels boxes, stamps lot numbers and stack in pallets. Product is packed in combos with liner, stamped with lot number and placed on a pallet.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • CCP checks and record keeping of each cook.
  • Inspect products while packaging
  • Labeling of product
  • Stamping of lot number and record keeping.
  • Responsible for the execution of the Waste Management Procedure.
  • Follow the Food Defense Procedure.
  • Follow the GMP’s in production areas.
  • Follow instructions from supervisor and general guidelines

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking over slippery surfaces; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as samples and record boxes. This position requires frequent pulling, carrying, and lifting up to 70lbs.
