Summary:
This full-time 2nd Shift Packer position focuses on preparing finished products for shipment while maintaining consistent quality standards. You will work with packaging materials, verify key details, and help keep production moving smoothly. The role offers steady hands-on tasks and a chance to build reliable skills in a production environment. Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:15pm - 11:30pm
Pay: $16.25 + Shift premiums! ($2 from 3pm-11pm and $3 from 11pm-7am)
Perks:Paid 30 minute lunch breaks
Onsite cafeteria that prepares daily lunches
Responsibilities:Match product counts and descriptions to line check sheets
Build shipping containers and pack products correctly
Check packaging for accurate labels, seals, and overall quality
Review code dates to confirm accuracy
Maintain quality expectations throughout all packing tasks
Record or report any issues that affect quality
Create proper pallet configurations for each order
Qualifications:Clear oral and written communication skills
