$17/hour starting pay (+$1.50 shift premium)
Benefits on Day 1, 6% 401(k) match
Day shift & Night shift available (7:45 am - 8 pm or 7:45 pm - 8 am) Split Shift

Position Summary
The Inspector/Packer I is responsible for conducting visual inspection of product for quality defects, manually transferring finished product into packaging, and preparing packaged product for shipment.
Primary Functions
โ€ข Inspects/packages production on assigned machines utilizing internal resource materials and the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
โ€ข Prepares packing materials and ensures materials, labels, and finished product meets specifications.
โ€ข Maintains all job-related documents and transactions per the QMS.
โ€ข Communicates with shift personnel to alert for quality and production related issues.
โ€ข Loads data in the production monitoring system, as applicable.
โ€ข Sorts nonconforming product as directed by Shift Supervisor or Management.
โ€ข Manually/semi-automatically assemble medical devices and operate assembly equipment, as applicable.
โ€ข Supports the QMS by adhering to the system requirements.
โ€ข Understands and follows plant safety rules. Helps to identify and eliminate any safety hazard or concern. Assists in monitoring of quality of work output.
โ€ข Maintains compliance with company policy and procedures.
โ€ข Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
โ€ข Responsible for reporting any problems or concerns to direct Supervisor.
โ€ข Maintains good working relations with all other employees. Strives to have no conflicts with other employees.
โ€ข Requires regular attendance to perform essential element as contained herein between the assigned start and end times for work.
โ€ข Other duties as assigned.
