Job description

We're Hiring! Revolution is looking for multiple Line Attendants to join our team in Little Rock, AR. This role is an entry-level role and the company will train.

Revolution offers competitive pay range starting at $18/hour, depending on experience, with a $1/hour differential for night shift.

  • Assume responsibility for the finished product.
  • Fill in on any line.
  • Read and understand production orders.
  • Document quality checks on time, verifying correct count and label.
  • Know packing materials and procedures.
  • Learn how to thread up all lines.
  • Distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable products.
  • Assist in taking the line down and putting it back up.
  • Assists in changing screens and cleaning dies.
  • Keep work area clean and organized.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred
  • Essential reading and writing skills are required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in an industrial environment preferred.
  • Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
  • Ability to climb ladders/stairs and move about within the plant at various levels/heights.
  • Able to lift to 50 lbs. with assistance.
  • Ability to work a fixed day or night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule.
  • Must be able to stand 8-12 hours during a shift.
