  • Manage the importation of goods by ocean, including customs clearance and delivery to the final destination

  • Manage the exportation of goods by ocean, including carrier booking and movement through various transportation channels

  • Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and trucking companies to ensure timely delivery

  • Prepare, process, and submit documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other paperwork

  • Track and monitor shipments and provide customers with regular status updates

  • Manage customer relationships and address concerns or issues

  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations departments

  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and other relevant requirements

Requirements
