Ce poste de manutentionnaire en entrepôt consiste à préparer des commandes, manipuler des cargaisons légères à moyennes et soutenir un projet spécial sur un site logistique situé à Mirabel. Vous travaillez au sein d’un entrepôt neuf et bien éclairé, en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe logistique, en respectant les procédures de sécurité et les standards de qualité.

Responsabilités

• Préparer les commandes en assurant l’exactitude des produits, des quantités et de l’identification.
• Vérifier la qualité des commandes avant l’expédition.
• Effectuer la manutention générale et le déplacement de cargaisons légères à moyennes.
• Utiliser un lecteur RF (scanner RF) pour le repérage et le traitement des commandes.
• Maintenir l’aire de travail propre, organisée et sécuritaire en tout temps.
• Participer occasionnellement aux activités d’inventaire.
• Suivre rigoureusement les procédures et les standards de sécurité en entrepôt.
• Collaborer avec l’équipe logistique pour assurer un flux constant et efficace des opérations.
• Respecter les consignes et instructions précises données par la supervision ou la coordination logistique.

Compétences Essentielles

• Expérience en travail général en entrepôt, incluant la manutention et la préparation de commandes.
• Expérience en manutention générale et manipulation de cargaisons légères à moyennes.
• Capacité à travailler physiquement et à effectuer des tâches répétitives de levage léger à moyen.
• Habileté à suivre des instructions précises tout en maintenant un haut niveau de qualité.
• Capacité à travailler de façon sécuritaire en tout temps.
• Expérience en utilisation de scanner RF (lecteur RF) pour le repérage et le traitement des commandes.
• Connaissance des opérations de préparation de commandes, de picking et de packing.
• Expérience en environnement de logistique ou d’entreposage (Canada ou expérience étrangère reconnue).

• Expérience en préparation de commandes, order picking et packing dans un environnement 3PL ou logistique.
• Aptitude à travailler en équipe dans un environnement d’entrepôt dynamique.
• Rigueur, souci du détail et sens de l’organisation.
• Capacité à maintenir un rythme de travail constant sur un horaire de jour (lundi au vendredi).
• Intérêt pour un projet offrant une possibilité de permanence selon la performance.

Job Description

This warehouse worker role involves preparing orders, handling light to medium loads, and supporting a special project at a logistics site in Mirabel. You will work in a new, well-lit warehouse, closely collaborating with the logistics team while following safety procedures and maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders while ensuring the accuracy of products, quantities, and identification.
• Check the quality of orders before shipping.
• Perform general material handling and move light to medium cargo.
• Use an RF scanner to locate, pick, and process orders.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Occasionally participate in inventory activities.
• Strictly follow warehouse safety procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to maintain a steady and efficient flow of operations.
• Follow detailed instructions and operational guidelines provided by supervision or logistics coordination.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general warehouse work, including material handling and order preparation.
• Experience performing general material handling and moving light to medium loads.
• Ability to perform physical work and handle repetitive light to medium lifting tasks.
• Ability to follow precise instructions while maintaining high quality standards.
• Ability to work safely at all times.
• Experience using an RF scanner for locating and processing orders.
• Knowledge of order preparation, picking, and packing operations.
• Experience in a logistics or warehouse environment (Canadian or recognized foreign experience).
