The ideal Packaging Tech is a patient individual that is good with their hands and mentally sharp. While this job is not very labor-intensive, it requires the mental fortitude to sit or stand in one place all day. The packagers must package products as quickly as they can being careful to gently handle the product. This tole is critically important in ensuring strict quality control standards for the product we sent to the stores.
Requirements:
  • Efficiently package product
  • Responsible for accurately weighing and recording weights
  • Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the staging are while performing packaging
  • Works with efficiency and maintains a positive attitude
  • Gets along with teammates
  • Responsible for maintaining a quality product
  • Passion for the industry and resilience
  • Experience working in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Is committed to excellent on-time attendance, reliability, and accountability
  • Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company

  • Capable of learning/performing all basic necessary asked of the general staff. Trimming, weighing, labeling, sealing, and managing packaged material
