As a Packaging C Operator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. What You’ll Do

Under the direction of the Packaging Supervisor, you’ll take charge of essential tasks that keep our operations running smoothly:

  • Execute daily operations including quality inspections, equipment setup, and process sampling.
  • Operate packaging machinery with a strong focus on safety and accuracy.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards by sorting, weighing, labeling, and transferring items to their proper locations.
  • Manage inventory movements, both physically and in our ERP system.
  • Load and unload products from rail cars, tanks, ISO containers, trucks, and various packaging formats.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and report concerns to supervisors promptly.
  • Perform routine maintenance and ensure your work area remains clean and organized.
  • Support your team by completing paperwork accurately and assisting colleagues when needed.
  • What You Bring

    We’re looking for team members who are eager to make an impact:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of warehouse experience, with knowledge of hazardous materials a plus. Experience hooking/unhooking trucks is required.
  • Skills: Multitasking, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities are key.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and ability to interpret Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
  • Desire to grow, learn, and take on new responsibilities.
  • Physical Abilities: Comfortable with lifting and moving up to 50 pounds regularly and managing heavier items occasionally.
