Job Description

Build, drive and own new Google packaging development from concept to launch, including print and structure.

Develop, maintain, and communicate key focus points and next steps with engineering, design, operations, marketing, management and system program management.

Improve and maintain processes that can ensure team members have what they need to understand and execute on all objectives.

Qualifications

B.S. or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or other related technical field.

3+ years of experience in a packaging program management, team lead, or package engineering role.

Strong ownership, great leader, and team worker

Experience leading cross-functional, international teams and projects

Passion for improving processes, plans, and all things that are simply broken

Extraordinary program management talent and communication skills

Fearless ability to jump in and do whatever it takes to ship it

Expert ability to get things done and driving several tasks to closure

Experience shipping high volume / high quality products preferred

Strong ability to capture the big picture quickly and focus on key points

Ability to travel internationally

Additional Information

Nice to Have:

MSC or MBA is a plus.

Formal project management training and experience working with project management tools is a plus

Hands on experience with the packaging print development and production process preferred
